The Brand
Autopilot Leadership Lab is an innovative cultural transformation consultancy combining classical wisdom with modern leadership practices to help entrepreneur foster exceptional leaders. Through practicing the 6 elements under the Autopilot Leadership model, employees can unlock their potential and attain happiness while enterprises can attract more talented individuals to join and ensure business sustainability.
Mission
As a complement to the coaching program, an online presence is needed to make facilitating more convenient and edutaining. In addition to digitalisation, ramping up the learning curve of employees and boosting tutors productivity is part of the core mission to succeed.
Solution
Hosting design thinking workshops, we reviewed the business vision with stakeholders to identify key areas of focus essential to the build up of ALLab’s digital roadmap. We outlined the business opportunities and conducted research with the team of ALLab to come out with short & long term digital solutions. We prioritised and went through the iterative process of exploring, defining, and testing to understand what our users thought they wanted or really wanted with digital tool.
Insight
• As a stakeholder, they were interested in how digital innovation can help transforming the autopilot leadership model that beneficial to employees and business.
• As a leader/facilitator, they were more concerned about how to successfully run the activities with minimal supervision just by facilitating with the tool.
• As an employee, they were keen on how the facilitation tool will enhance their leadership skill in cultivating a high-performance and happiness workplace.
Approach
Together with ALLab, we created a digital facilitating application that serves two purposes:
The first is designed to make the rundown easier to follow. We co-created with coacher expertise in building amusing training program that presents users facilitating process in a feasible and effortless way. The app also provided user a sophisticated progress tracking interface with capturing learning data for facilitators to better lead follow-up.
Second is gamified to boost the facilitating. We worked out with illustrator to transform all the programs into interactive visualisations by presenting user a how-to-run-a-facilitation visual guidance in a step-by-step instruction. Associated illustration is significant used to help facilitators remember and retain information well, that elevates their learning experience.
