Establish a culture of innovation through a highly-scalable, effective, and innovative digital platform to boost up enterprise incubation processes, find new growth, unlock long-term value, nurture and bring together more innovative talents with fresh perspectives.



Insight
In order to maximise the incubation program's journey while increasing the chances of survivability, Persona Mapping is utilised as our key strategy that helped us to realise by segmenting and reform the groups of talent, we're able to create a right-based approach according to the principal innovator's basic needs. We interpreted the innovation matrix to identify what best innovation initiative suitable for our innovators.

• The Hunter : Highly engaged in elaborating other's ideas and participating activities;
• The Builder : Willing to invest strongly in innovation to build, collaborate and engage;

Solution
We worked closely with the innovative team to create long & short term O2O digital strategy from the ground up. We started with an innovation funds programme to fit the incubation goals. Through the adoption of "lean startup" methodology, we incorporated the mindset into the digital platform infrastructure to foster community creation. We implemented the stages of ideation, validation, incubation and acceleration through online and offline to shape a complete innovation journey, from concept to fruition.

Approach
We developed two supporting platforms that run simultaneously and coherent with each other to fully support and incubate innovative projects. Information Sharing platform served as a communication of gathering inspirational idea about trends, products, techs, insights etc, to keep the team inspired and motivated. Whereas the Innovation platform is a space that enable them to stimulate their creativity, propose ideas and turn them into actionable steps with open group of innovators. Ultimately, the two platforms were build to foster an internal innovation cycle to bring good ideas into life through the 8 stages of development process: Inspiring, Ideating, Networking, Funding, Incubating, Mentoring, Pitching and Nurturing.
