Mission
As social media platforms and formats are constantly evolving, vivo global wanted to ensure the vivo brand reputation is continually protected and upbuilt and that the brand is represented consistently on all social channels worldwide.
Insight
Either direct social guardians or social contributors are constantly having difficulty to implement the brand guidelines in digital/social channels, and having no way ensuring every content outputs are “on brand.”
Approach
A digital social guidebook is developed for internal use to ensure consistency specifically on all social media platforms in terms of brand voice, visuals, and other elements. Additionally, the guidelines will lead the instruction of social media best practices in a way that’s positive and healthy for vivo, to ensure that we are continually uplifting the brand.
