Mission

The mission in re-positioning for vivo global social media was twofold: Build brand awareness through social engagement with creative marketing strategies and connect with the right audience by consistently providing the best-performing content through test and learn process.

Solution

We restructured and shifted social content from solely product/service driven to more lifestyle relevant. We created creative post content that was enriched with diversity and differentiated them specific to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. We engaged audience with enhanced humanised brand experience by mixing use of product-driven & brand-establishing content to further increase the creative emphasis on humanity brand pillar.

Approach

Multiple approaches were used in conjunction with the content creation to ensure the brand is getting exposure and recognise. We educated consumers on product features, established camera recognition and expertise, gained social recognition and WOM, strengthened social voice to be more human centric, and not to mention increased brand positive sentiment.
